None of this is theoretical. For Mulberry Learning we built a multi-tenant tour-booking CRM that runs the enquiry-to-enrolment funnel across two preschool centres. It gives staff a live operations dashboard, an appointment calendar and customer records with full enquiry history, and it sends automated WhatsApp confirmations, reminders and follow-ups on approved templates. Alongside the automation sits a two-way WhatsApp inbox, so automated journeys and real human conversations run side by side and a staff member can step in at any point.
For Rave Karaoke at Marina Square we built a booking website backed by a custom admin backend for managing rooms and packages. These are not demos; they are running operations. They are also the real building blocks that BetaFlow generalises, turning patterns we have already shipped for individual clients into a reusable platform.
