Beta Werkz built #Rave Karaoke’s room-booking system at Marina Square — a live operations dashboard, availability calendar, deposit tracking and an AI WhatsApp assistant that takes bookings.
THE PROBLEM
Room bookings, deposits and reschedules were handled by hand across chats and spreadsheets. The venue needed one place to see every booking, track deposits and no-shows, and stop losing time to manual back-and-forth on WhatsApp.

A custom booking platform with a live operations dashboard, an availability calendar, deposit and payment-status tracking, a waitlist and customer records — plus an AI WhatsApp assistant that handles enquiries and takes room bookings, with staff able to step in at any point.
